How can I self-promote my crashpad?
Hosts can copy the link to their Crewmates listing and post it directly in their favorite Facebook groups or add it to flyers for crew rooms. Placing your property listing link on your website also helps guests directly book and keep crashpad management all in one place.

Crewmates will advertise your listing. We will utilize our connections and resources from years of industry experience to help build and scale your rental business.
What makes Crewmates unique?
Crewmates is a rental platform that specializes in assisting airline professionals in finding temporary housing. Our user base is primarily US-based flight crew. Hosts advertise their space and showcase it to an industry full of airline employees. With the flexible nightly and monthly rental options, Crewmates has streamlined the process, making finding a place to stay simple and affordable.
List Your Home
What is the difference between a hot bed, cold bed, and flexible booking?
Hot bed booking will be reserving a bed on a night-by-night basis while a cold bed booking will be on a month-to-month basis. Flexible booking means a host accepts both nightly and monthly bookings in the same property.
How many properties can I list on my account?
There is no limit to the amount of properties a host can list on their account. Each property can be added in the Host Dashboard when logged into Crewmates.
Can I host a hot bed and a cold bed in the same listing?
Creating a flexible booking type enables guests to book either nightly or monthly in the same listing.
Payments
How am I paid?
Hosts should click on “Payout Method” in the Settings tab to update their bank account information. In the Host Dashboard, you can request a payout from your “Available for Withdraw” balance.
When am I paid?
Upon guest check-in, hosts receive immediate payment into their wallet balance. The available withdrawal amount will increase daily around checkout time, ensuring that hosts can withdraw their earnings each night that a guest reservation is completed.
Property Management
Can I stay in the home while I have guests?
Hosts are allowed in any shared space and can occupy any unreserved bed. If a host plans to stay at the property on a regular basis, it is recommended to unlist the bed.
How will I know when a guest wants to check out of a cold bed?
When a prospective guest is booking a reservation, they will have the option to reserve their cold bed for the current month only or opt into the auto-renewal schedule if they plan to stay into the following month. A guest who opted into the auto-renewal schedule will submit their 30+ day notice in the Guest Dashboard when planning their checkout. The booking calendar will then automatically start accepting requests for the date the bed becomes available. If you wish to leave a gap in between guests for extra cleaning time or maintenance, simply deny any requests for that day and suggest a different check-in date.
